Order Finalization and Refund Policy
Once your payment has been received the order is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances. These items must be specially sourced and placed with our vendors. Due to the nature of international orders, you understand that fulfillment time may be several weeks or more. In some cases, this timeframe may be longer depending on vendor availability and global shipping conditions. There is no fulfillment timeframe guaranteed. By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued once the order has been placed. You also acknowledge and agree that once the funds have been submitted, Pixiewood Grove, Hope's Grove Foundation, Arcstone Group LLC, and Starwind and Hawking LLC are absolved of any and all responsibility. 

Once funds have been sent to the vendor, it is the vendors responsibility to ship the items to Pixiewood Grove successfully. You understand that although the vendor has promised a customs seizure, purity, and mass guarantee whereby the vendor promises to refund or reship the items, ultimately, we are taking the vendor at their word and they may change their mind and choose not to reship the package.
